We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.

Delivery Times

  • Cairo and Giza: 2 to 3 business days
  • Other governorates: 3 to 5 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Cairo and Giza: 110 EGP
  • Other governorates: 140 EGP
  • Orders of 3,000 EGP or more: Free shipping to all governorates

Delivery Methods

  • Home or address delivery
  • Branch pickup (where available)

Important Notes

  • Delivery time is calculated from the order confirmation date, not the order date
  • Our team will contact you by phone to confirm the delivery appointment
  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct when placing your order
  • If no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, we will contact you to reschedule
  • Please inspect your products upon receipt to ensure they are in good condition
