Return & Exchange Policy

At Mawada Natural Oils, your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

Return Period

You may return products within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To accept a return request, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all labels intact
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
  • The product must not be among the items excluded from returns

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products purchased at a discounted price or on clearance (unless defective)

How to Request a Return

To request a product return:

  1. Contact us via Contact Us page or by email
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return confirmation from our team
  4. Ship the product back using the method we specify

Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • You may exchange it for another product of equal or greater value (paying the difference)
  • The same return conditions apply to exchanges
  • The replacement product will be shipped after receiving and inspecting the returned item

Refunds

After receiving the returned product and verifying it meets the conditions:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the item is defective or the error is ours)

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos of the defect or damage
  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund
  • We will cover all shipping costs in this case

Wrong Items Received

If you receive a different product than what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • We will send the correct product immediately
  • We will cover all shipping and return costs

Important Notes

  • We recommend recording a video when opening your package for the first time as proof in case of any issue
  • Keep all packaging materials until you are satisfied with your product
  • We recommend using a reliable shipping carrier when returning products
