At Al Mawada for Natural Oils, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it according to the following terms:
Return period
You can return the products within 14 days of the date of receiving the order.
Return Policy
To accept a refund request, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition and unopened or unused.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all labels.
- Provide a purchase receipt or proof of order.
- The product must not be among those excluded from returns.
Products excluded from return
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Products offered at a discounted price or on clearance (except in case of defects)

If you wish to exchange one product for another:
- You can exchange the product for another product of the same or higher value (by paying the difference).
- The same return conditions apply to exchanges.
- The replacement product will be shipped after we receive the returned product and verify its condition.

After receiving the returned product and verifying that it meets the requirements:
- The refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- The refund will be issued using the same original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The customer bears the cost of return shipping (except in case of defects or error on our part).
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt.
- Provide clear photos of the defect or damage.
- We will replace the product or issue a full refund.
- We will cover the shipping costs in this case.
Incorrect requests
If you receive a product different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will send the correct product immediately.
- We cover all shipping and return costs.
