We provide delivery service to all parts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Delivery time
- Cairo and Giza: 2 to 3 working days
- Other governorates: 3 to 5 working days
Shipping cost
- Cairo and Giza: 65 Egyptian pounds
- Other governorates: 95 Egyptian pounds
- Orders of 3000 EGP or more: Free shipping to all governorates
Delivery methods
- Home delivery or delivery to the specified address
- Pick-up from the branch (if available)
Important Notes
- Delivery time is calculated from the order confirmation date, not the order date.
- You will be contacted by phone to confirm the delivery date.
- Please ensure the address and phone number entered are correct when ordering.
- If no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, you will be contacted to reschedule the delivery.
- Please inspect the products upon receipt to ensure they are undamaged.
